I have a soft spot in my heart for OFWs (Overseas Filipino Workers) because my dad used to be one. He worked hard for 30+ years as an OFW but he got downsized because he was too old to work. The tragedy was he did not learn how to save and invest and so my dad was broke and had nothing to show for 30+ years of hard work and sacrifice.
