Are you in need of financial inspiration? Are you in need of a companion on your journey to financial freedom? You have come to the right place.
It was Confucius who said, "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step". But a journey without companions is no journey at all. This site is about companionship, about learning from others and about moving forward. This is a helping hand. Not a handout, but a hand offering to push. Yes, you must still do what you must; I must still do what I must; but we can help each other.
For some the struggle for financial freedom and escape from the rat race is like a long distance event - very long. For others, it is merely a sprint. And most of us are not financially fit. The end result: a very long and tiresome run. Yes, it is encouraging to hear the crowd (the people who've made it) cheering you on, but sometimes you just feel they can't remember what it was like. It is then that we need someone in the race to encourage and spur us on to persevere.

We want to succeed but we face many obstacles. We need to face our own fears and insecurities. We need to overcome our weaknesses and make our strengths stronger. Action needs to replace inaction. Courage needs to replace fear. Momentum needs to replace inertia. We need to get of our butts and do something. Should we encounter failure, we will treat it as a stepping-stone to success and it will make us stronger. We must arrive at a point where we say, yes, we face risk and failure, but that is only a precursor to reward and success.
And as we play the game we learn. And as we learn we do. And as we do we teach. The game is not about winning, so learn to laugh at yourself. Oooh, money can make us emotional, but if we can learn to laugh about money, maybe we can learn to laugh our way to the bank. Yes, we must learn to laugh about money. Not at money - we need to respect it.
Let us learn as much about money and finances as we can. Let us educate ourselves. Let us learn the 'secrets' of the people who have already achieved financial freedom. Let us encourage and inspire each other. Let us reach and strive for financial freedom.
